The Role

We are excited to be able to grow our Project Management team in the Sydney CBD servicing clients across NSW with the need for a motivated Project Coordinator to join the team working on end-to-end delivery.

From supporting the Project Managers, you will be learning from some of the most experienced project and development delivery experts in the game whilst notching up the skillset to be able to take over some of your own in no time at all! This role is not just working with great colleagues, but you will also have the ability to run your own projects gaining great experience hands on.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in providing a range of project management services including budgeting, procurement, design consultation, construction supervision and much more. Ensure client finances are maintained and tracked Ensure clients are getting the overall correct advice to drive project outcomes. Ability to be able to help guide a project ensuring all options and scenarios are explored by bringing a fresh perspective Ability to support administration of a project from start to finish Oversight on projects and portfolios of work for key clients, including reporting and overall management. Leading and driving outcomes for clients across all aspects of projects.

Who are we looking for?

At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in project management either for a client, consultancy, or contractor. Experience across various phases of projects across commercial, industrial and/or retail sectors Degree level qualification or equivalent in a property related discipline such as architecture or engineering, project or construction management or property economics Demonstrated understanding of relevant building legislation and changes that are occuring Strong written and verbal communication A degree of financial acumen and understanding costs across construction broadly Attention to detail Self-motivated and happy to work alone of detailed tasks but also as part of a team on a project Good team player and strong work ethic
