Help deliver the day-to-day operations and be involved across a variety of projects including build, civil works, remediation and refurbishment projects.
THE ROLE
Along with planning and coordination of works, equipment and personnel, responsibilities include:
Compiling and creating QA/QC documentationCoordinating direct labour workforce, suppliers and sub-contractorsQuantity take-offsProject procurementProvision of advice on any technical and engineering issuesEnsuring compliance with HSECQ requirementsParticipate in project meetings
About You
Experience in a similar role in the construction industryProject delivery skills including budgeting, coordinating work priorities, planning, QA, stakeholder management, subcontractor management, documentation and statutory approvalsKnowledge of contracts and cost controlProficiency with MS Office and MS Project
Qualifications And Requirements
Construction induction white cardPolice Clearance due to projects being based on Defence sitesDrivers LicenceCert IV in OHS is advantageous
